It was 2011. Dan Chime and Ian Ball were in the smorgasbord line getting their food, when a man who functioned as a merchandiser at Office Terminal, hauled out his then-hot iPhone telephone, the first of its sort to have Bluetooth, and the two of them became captivated.

Chime, the quintessential shopper and admirer of devices, needed to know how he could get his hands on gadgets earlier, and opined that he'd love to launch a site that reviewed gadgets. On the opposite side of the smorgasbord line, Ian Ball, a developer who worked at Genuine Systems funneled in: he had a private server, and he'd help construct the site if Chime would supply the stories. A fellowship and business organization were brought into the world over an affection for innovation.

Before long, Chime and Bell launched Top Trends Technoloy as a leisure activity, working with it in the nights and weeeknds. Yet, as their straightforward, without snark, supportive reviews started to reverberate with perusers, they had the option to concentrate full time on making the webpage the web's most far reaching wellspring of data about gadgets and innovations.
